1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

CallPilot collects the following information:
- Audio recorded during calls (processed in real-time, not stored on our servers)
- Groq API key (stored locally on your device only)
- Call filter preferences and blacklist (stored locally on your device only)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- Audio is sent to Groq API (groq.com) for real-time speech-to-text transcription
- Audio is NOT stored on our servers
- Transcripts are displayed on your screen and stored locally on your device only
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

CallPilot uses Groq API for speech recognition.

4. PERMISSIONS REQUIRED

- RECORD_AUDIO: To capture audio during calls for transcription
- READ_PHONE_STATE: To detect incoming and outgoing calls
- READ_CONTACTS: To filter calls based on your contacts (Contacts Only mode)

5. DATA STORAGE

- All data is stored locally on your device
- No data is transmitted to our servers
- You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CallPilot is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time.
